Boggle
Boggle is another great activity to engage students in your classroom. This classic game moves from the lounge room to the digital classroom with Jamboard. Randomly select different letters and vowels from the alphabet and display these in the Boggle template. Allow students time to find relevant and appropriate words using the letters within the Boggle grid. Students could complete this activity individually, in pairs or in groups, or you could even complete this collaboratively as a whole class. There are several additional ways to modify this game, including asking students to find subject-specific language and vocabulary related to a unit or just have fun developing their vocabulary lists that could be used in other ways at a later date. A perfect game that is simple, fun and entertaining for all players.
