The Four Corners Reading Strategy is a strategy that allows a reader to consider and identify four (4) ideas related to a topic. Students could be encouraged to identify and write down an ideas that they strongly agree with, agree with, strongly disagree with, and disagree with within the text or topic. These ideas could then be further explored through a collaborative discussion to identify common traits and ideas within the class.
